My House

 Hello again
Back to Full Blog

On the 20th day of this past February I awakened from a nights rest experiencing pains unlike I have ever had before. Not severe but in the abdominal area and on my right side kidney area. As the day progressed this pain became increasingly worse, and by 6pm I was in the emergency area of the local hospital. After some blood work, x rays, ultra sound, etc,I was put on morphine and given the following diagnosis. My right side kidney has a tumor on it a little bigger than the kidney itself, it has burst and was hemoraging. My liver has a suspicious nodule on or in it. My bladder has also a suspicious spot on it. They took my wife aside and informed her that I had cancer in all 3 of these areas. The next morning she gave me that same news. This past Tues Feb 28 at 730 am I was in the hospitals operating room. My bladder did have a cancerous tumor in it, which they removed. My liver does have a nodule in it about the size of a big marble....non cancerous. My kidney will have more tests done on it this next week and a decision as to what will be done will be given. This adventure started out a pretty gloomy event, however today things look much better. Their have been many prayers going up for me and I thank each and every person for them. And if you that read this are a prayerful person I would love to have you say a prayer for me. Will keep you all posted as events unfold. With love Ochoco

OH NO! I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! I wondered why I hadn't heard from you in awhile. You know I will be praying for you and Sadie - this is so hard to deal with. Just remember how God gave me back my life when the doc's gave me 90 days.... that was three years ago. The most important thing is to keep praising and praying. I found in my own trials that they go hand in hand. Please keep me posted - you know I care very much and will lift you up to the Savior constantly. MarCia

Ochoco, I know you don't know me. My name is Celtic Mist and I've been a streamer for awhile but have a new site now here under the name of Celtic Mist. I'm sorry I'm having to meet you this way but am a very spiritual and extremely positive person. I am also a Reiki practitioner. I have lit a candle in my cabin for you and will make sure it stays burning throughout the entire day today. I will also send my positive thoughts and prayers your way that one day soon you and your wife will be able to look at this as but a distant memory. I, too, am a cancer survivor........the power of positive energy can be amazing as well as the power of prayer:) We love you here and everyone is focusing positive thoughts on you:)

Hang in there and God bless!

Loveyou, Celtic Mist

Ochoco,

Just heard about the trials you find yourself now facing. I want you to know that my family and I will pray for you every time we bow our heads. Please feel free to look me up and PM me if you ever want to talk or have any specific dates or things you want us to pray for. We are here for ya!!

A prayer:
Lord I pray for Ochoco as he is facing this struggle in his body. I pray for wisdom forthe doctors as they continue to treat him and Lord I ask that his body will respond to the treatment that is recommended. You are such a great God and we thank you for your hand in his life, in your name, amen.

Oh my goodness ochoco! I'm so sorry. I will definately pray for you as I am sure everyone here on the Stream will do. I wish we could all hold hands in a giant prayer circle for you, but perhaps a spiritual one will still be strong enough in God's eyes. I pray he heals you. Keep everyone posted. God Bless you.
